Jam Gadang, Bukittinggi’s Own Landmark

Located in the centre of the city, near the main market, Pasar Ateh, lies Jam Gadang. Jam Gadang was founded by the Dutch East Indies government on the orders of Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands.
